    认识一飞哥时,对这个大肚子的经纪并无好感,甚至还多少有那么点怨言。因为在圣村生活了三年多,自认为对圣村的房地产市场了如指掌,打算入手一间被卖方夸得天花乱坠的出租屋。经朋友推荐,认识了一飞哥。在带我看房时,他将此物业的地理位置、出租环境,以及投资回报率,通过与周围房产的对比一一分析讲解给我听。虽然我自认为自己已经很了解那一区域,但是这些详细的数据,比我的道听途说要来得客观许多。

    两年的时间,在他的指挥下,我不仅在大多地区买了极为满意的自住房,更在圣村有了一间买到就是赚到的投资房。我当初那点可怜的银子,在短短的两年里被他规划的整整翻了一倍。而如果当年我一意孤行的拿下那个看似不错的投资房,我今天势必还得在多伦多过着租房的生活,而现如今多伦多高企的房价,早已是我望尘莫及的了。
